I'm Marcio, owner of Sunshine Home Services. My son-in-law Chris and I have been serving Flagler County for over 20 years — and there isn't a project we can't handle. We started as a full-service handyman operation and over time became specialists in what Palm Coast homes need most: concrete protection, coatings, and surface preservation built for Florida's climate.

We kept seeing the same problem: contractors using generic products not designed for Florida's heat, humidity, and salt air. Homeowners spending good money on garage floors and driveways that failed within a year. So we developed a better approach — moisture-first, Florida-specific, and backed by 20 years of experience on these exact streets.
